He has tremendous range, wonderful tonal quality, great sense of timing, great use of vocal inflection on words, and the ability to sing almost any kind of music. It is so obvious that he is a real musician when you watch his work.
I love that he’s going to do a rock record, just asking for at least 2 rock ballads on it. I’ve listened to his previous work and he’s very good. I wonder if he knew how well he could do the type of songs he did on Top 3 and Top 2. I
want more of them, the U2 and Aerosmith type songs, the
Dare you to move, and The World I know.
He was definitely the best on the season, probably more
talented and versatile than many popular artists out there.
Rockphoria: The Edge's (U2) guitar in White as Snow reminds me of the guitar in The Lighthouse by Interpol. A different sound & style for Edge. I like!
Rockphoria: I love the raw emotion in "Call the Police" by James Morrison! Especially when the music stops & he sings "Can't just back at me, you know"
Rockphoria: The greatest intro for a tune? My vote is for Where the Streets Have No Name by U2. The energy that builds in that first minute is awesome!
simply amazing… very meserising
